Élan exclusively uses the services of Zavion Kotze Events Company for wedding flowers and décor; there is no restriction placed on wedding planners and other industry suppliers.

The Signature Package: a plated four-course menu, with canapés and still or sparkling water for every guest on arrival, and the Villa and the Élan Suite held for your day.

A wedding at Élan is made up of venue hire for the day plus a per-person package. For 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, venue hire is R48 000 Monday to Thursday and Sunday, R52 000 on a Friday or the day before a public holiday, and R56 000 on a Saturday or public holiday. The Signature package is R1 550 per person and The Grand R1 750 per person. All prices exclude VAT.
Élan welcomes weddings and private celebrations of 20 to 60 guests. For a larger celebration, our sister venue Inimitable may be the right fit.
Yes. Venue hire includes an overnight stay for 10 guests with breakfast, across 3 luxury en-suite suites and 2 luxury bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both packages also include day use of the Villa and the Élan Suite.
